One Golf

Dear members,

The Cabarlah Golf Committee wish to advise all members, of our recent purchase of
the One Golf Management System. One Golf provides the Club with an online,
integrated management system, which enables us to manage memberships, handicaps
and competitions more efficiently.

For members, the benefits include: managing online bookings for competition and
social golf 24/7, the ability to look up full field results on-line, see all
upcoming club golf fixtures, manage your contact details via your profile and
to allow the committee to send important messages to all members.

We have trialled this system leading into the Men’s Club Championships and are now
eager to roll this out to all members.

What you will have seen if you’ve been at the clubhouse recently:

• We have a touch screenmonitor and printer setup inside near the front entrance. This touch
  screen enables scores to be added by each player at the completion of your
  round. Once entered, this allows the score to be visible on the
  leaderboard online. Please ensure your scores are entered at the
  completion of your round.
• Score cards are printed based on the type of competition being played ie stab, stroke, 4BBB, etc.
• We also have the ability for members to download and use the miscore app to score your round
  electronically (social and competition). This app requires an annual
  subscription to be paid by each member and is currently $16.50. This app
  is able to be used at over 500 golf courses around Australia, at no
  further cost (local courses such as City, Goombungee, Pittsworth, Crows
  Nest, Warwick and Dalby).

We are excited to bring the club into the times and ask that you log into the one golf
portal to familiarise yourselves with the online booking process, to view
competition results and to update your personal details, if required.

On first log in, you will be directed to reset your password. Your new password must be
a minimum of seven characters with a combination of at least one lowercase
letter, one uppercase letter, one number, one symbol and cannot contain your
username/ member number.

As with all new things, we may experience small teething issues from time to time and
members may need time to adjust. The committee is committed to ensure everyone
is given time and assistance to get on board with the changes.

In the meantime, all tee time bookings can still be made through the pro shop, where
Gary will assist to ensure your tee time is secured. Together with Gary, the
committee are often on hand throughout the competitions to assist, if required.
